Staff

Dr. Spivak has an excellent staff dedicated to patient care. The office manager is Susan Seewald, whose main responsibilities include overseeing Dr. Spivak’s clinical practice and all aspects of arranging and coordinating the spinal surgical procedures. She has been working with Dr. Spivak for 18 years, and has expert knowledge of health insurances and surgical authorization.  Gail Kotarski, who has been working in our office for 10 years, is in charge of Dr. Spivak’s office schedule as well as the authorization and scheduling of diagnostic testing (MRI, CT scans, etc.) and injection procedures (epidural injections, facet block, etc.). She also covers for Susan as office manager in her absence and will help with surgical authorization and scheduling. Katie Ramig and Jonathan Rodriguez are first-contact staff for patients calling to schedule appointments and with other questions or issues requiring attention. Crystal Fleming is the patient coordinator during office hours.

Jamie Santore-Arrigo, R-PAC, is Dr. Spivak’s physician assistant. She has been working as an integral part of our office clinical care for over  7 years. She has an active role in office hours, seeing many of the patients along with Dr. Spivak and performing many of the initial postoperative exams following surgery. She is also readily available to help with clinical issues including new or recurrent pain, medication and therapy renewals, and postoperative wound issues.
